An enourmous amount of work was put in by Prof Vladimir Donskoi PP of the Irkutsk Rotary Club and for five years Deputy District Govenor of Siberia and Russia East of the Urals Vladimir scanned every worth while RI publication about Rotary and also included other useful Rotary Publications material to write Fundamentals of Rotary.
